Explain the rear tube structure on the car, what was cut out and what was left and why.
@Crickett.DriftHQ Жыл бұрын
So for this build we have only cut out in between the frame rails from the spare tire well. That way we could build a fuel cell cradle for it. I’ll make sure to show what is left and what we cut out in the next video where we run the coolant lines and install winters quick change.

Then my dream E46 _drift_ car is a RTS Winters-GSR combo with a brand new 2jzgte longblock making a little 800whp. I love ❤ cars.

Any chance one of you have tested the JZ mounts in a BMW 1 series? Obviously meant for E90/92 but for the E8x chassis is there anything additional that you now of that needs removing or tweaked?
@feelgoodhorizon4084 Жыл бұрын
Ran hardlines for a decades, never an issue. Also once you get a hard line made, you have those measurement jigs to make extras and will cost less than an hose+anfittings.
@TamarrionMartinez Жыл бұрын
Questions for Polish Adam: Which is better the 8hp or DCT? How fast can someone swap either (8hp/DCT) into their drift build and have it running and driving? Would you have to be in the same location of the customers car in order for the build to be programmed correctly? I only ask this 👆 because I’ve seen videos where some guys have said they haven’t had success with reaching you or Bartek regarding their builds.
@Polish-Adam Жыл бұрын
Hello You can swap as fast as mechanical part is done. Most engine-tranamission combos are supportem by different manufacturers of adapter plates. The parts that need to be fabricated are transmission mounts and propshaft. As long as the ECU is well known we don't have to be at the same place as the car. Usually we want to come over where there are specific features that we need to implement in specific project.
