The Sparkle buff is better than Bronya buff, and the most optimal way to use her ult in this Team is to get the Sparkle buff then use Bronya E + Ult and before Feixiao got her action you use her ult so the sparkle buff will work with her ult

Its hard to use march instead of him because of debuffs that moze give to enemies, but its possible if you are luck enough or use gallagher as sustainer
