Rappa means Ninja in Japanese. So her accent is from muromachi to edo period when Ninja was active.

im gonna say skill issue cause ive done it the same in the misha team. except i used robin instead of sparkle. try jl, bronya, sparkle/robin, lingsha but adv forward robin instead
