Hello, I used to observe the same flow as you with the stock screen. After back flushing with the provided detergent now the flow comes out as a single or few heavy streams instead of the distributed drops. Did I damage something?

I do not think this is the cause. You can damage the basket that easily. Maybe there is still detergant residues? or some lime buildup?

@ I’m not sure, I backflushed with water thoroughly after using the detergent and brushed the screen. After a while it did improve but not as it was before. It could be scales but I use the Lelit filter and the difference appeared right after the cafiza cleaning. Anyway I just tried the E&B screen and after cleaning everything is working great. The Cafoza also removed the grease from the lever which is not as smooth and will need to relube

Merhaba.. Sizce değdimi. Amatör olduğum için anlamıyorum bianca almak gibi amacım vardı ufak bi ofise.. Öğrenciler gelip gider. Sizce bianca 10 15 sütlü kahveyi üst üste yapar mı ve bu taktığınız duş aparatı daha faydalı oldumu? Teşekkürler

Süt konusunda da kazan sıcaklığı/basıncı yüksek tutulursa, hızlı bir şekilde halledebilirsiniz. İstanbul'da iseniz, ürünün distribütörü gelbura'nın ofisinde deneyebilirsiniz. Hatta Lelit Giulietta ile de karşılaştırıp, karar verebilirsiniz. Bu duş başlığı suyu daha homojen dağıtıyor. Benim için sepet ve duş başlığı önemli ama bu bir hobi, bütçeye ve ihtiyaca göre karar vermek lazım.

@ şuana kadar yerli yabancı 7 kaynak kişiden sizide katarsam 8..sizin ortada koysak diğer kişiler ya yapamaz ya yapar dedi. Okadar tuhaf.. Soru çok basit sayana kullanan kişiye; Ben müşteriyim. 10 adet latte FW Cortado siparişi veriyorum. Espresso lar tmm çıkar ama sütler? Kimisi zor kasar dedi, kimi olur cık etkilenmex dedi kimi asla olmaz dedi. 50 000 tl lik ürün sanırım. Ben buna cvb alamazsam ne olacak? Bir yabancı kaynak video çekmiş ona güvendim.. Adam pat pat sütlü yapıyor. Ama bilemiyoruz ki sıcak çıkıyor mu?

@@Murat1982turkey Çok haklısınız. Bianca'yı çoğu kullanıcı ev için alıyor. Bu makine evde 2-3 shot alan birisi için gerçekten çok fazla ve kapasitesi daha yüksek. 10 adet sütlü içecek tek shot ile mi yapılacak, çift shot mı? Ne kadar süt ile yapılacak? Bunların hepsi bir işletme gibi hesaplanması gereken şeyler. Ben üst üste 4-5 double shot çok rahat alıyorum. Sütlü içecek hazırlıyorum ama dediğim gibi yoğun kullanımda kesinlikle su girişine bağlanmalı. O yüzden en doğru bilgiyi distribütör firma verecektir. Çünkü bu tarz makinelerin kafe tarzı yerlerde yoğun kullanılması bazen garanti açısından da sorun olabiliyor. Mesela Bianca'yı festivallerde sabahtan akşama kullanan işletmeler vardı. Bu da bir referans ama dediğim gibi gelbura'ya ister kahveler.net üstünden, isterseniz de instagram hesaplarından sorun derim, hatta yakınsanız gidip bilgi alın ve deneyin. Lelit Giulietta'yı da göz ardı etmeyin derim.

How to replace the showerscreen: Step 1, buy an popsicle and eat it. Keep the wooden stick.

This proves nothing.What matters is in the cup.SHower screen barely do much difference if any,already tested many times and different brands

It is really difficult to provide scientific results for espresso as there are many parameters that users cannot replicate during the experiments. For those that use lighter roasts , any improvement can result in better taste in the cup. Stock shower screens are also good but this shower screen helped with my shots.

Yes, I have climbed out of that rabbit hole. there is no improvement unless you have a faulty shower screen.
