Jonas Raditsch you know different studies for their number rating for gas? 87 octane is the same as a European 93 octane ect. The different studies are not testing for the same thing so of course it’s a different number. CrisFix made a video about it.

Try to start a new fuel transaction. Some stations limit gallons per transaction. Hang up the pump and try to reswipe your card. you may have to use a different card at the same pump. Hope this helps.

E85 doesnt burn cooler it has a higher resistance to knocking and pinging because of the higher octane rating, which is what octane is measured as. Higher octane is higher resistance to knock. Therefore more timing and more POWAA!

E85 and Methanol burn and evaporate in a much cooler way than regular petrol. Some engines struggle to reach operating temperature as a result, that’s another reason why you run it in burnout comps etc.

Sahadi420 depends on how much he is paying per mile for fuel. E85 can get less mileage than regular gas but if your paying less per mile your saving money. I pay $1.299/Gallon for E85 while 93 hovers around $4.199/Gallon so the math does favor E85.

Does it have forced induction? because if not the fuel and tune performance is negligible and its more of a waste of money than anything else, also if its a simple run of the muck chip tune by some mass market tuning company and not dyno'd its not doing anything but ruining your mpgs for 5-10 hp gain, id save yourself 5-10 bucks a fill and just put 87 in... but hey thats just me, but i also wouldnt have bought a truck

Octane has nothing to do with fuel temperature. It is the resistance to “pre-detonation”, allowing you to add more timing or more boost. Because the fuel charge will be more resistance to exploding before the piston gets to top dead centre. The cooling effect of E85 is because it is primarily ethanol, which is cool to the touch like pure alcohol, this helps keep intake charge temps down. Great stuff for boosted engines. Wish they sold in my area.

I live 1 hour and 30 minutes from the closest e85 station so every time,I'm in the area I cop at least 25 gallons I've done a 55gal barrel before but unloading it was a bitch so I stick to filling,up smaller jugs lol

Be careful when you run a station out of E-85 or any other type of gasoline. There is a possibility of water at the bottom of the tanks. Just an fyi. (I own a few gas stations) Love the car man 🇺🇸

Kind of. Most gas stations only have about .01 inches of water in a tank. I work at a gas station and our tanks have readings. Our tanks currently have 0 between diesel, regular, and premium.

Hey man, uhhhh pretty sure you didn’t run the station out of e85. A lot of pumps shut off after a certain dollar or gallon amounts to prevent a pump from being accidentally left on and pumping out their entire storage tank. Just shut it off and restart the pump again

Probably already mentioned, but the all gas pumps usually have a cap of ~$75 per customer per day. Some will allow you to get more by restating the pump but the cap of $75 remains.

Long ago it was a cold night at the E.D.R.A. track an I poured some VP in a metal trash can on top of a pizza box an lit it. Watched the flame slowly grow across the cardboard box (was so cool) but as soon as it got down around the bottles an cans it exploded like a cannon lol. Everyone at the track was looking at me as bottles an can was falling from the sky haha.. I know you didn't buy VP but we used to run the shit in our bikes. E85 all what you said is true! But it does give 10-20 lbs more torque in most applications with no change even in a locked ignition meaning it wouldn’t add timing based of o2 reading and iats so on locked at lets say 25 degrees lol you get me 😉 love the channel keep it up

My local gas stations cut off the fueling at a certain amount of gas you buy. So you have to put the handle in and swipe card again and start to get more fuel. They probably didn’t run out you probably just hit the limit for that purchase. Next time just start over again to keep fueling.

When you get around to upgrading your clutch you should definitely look into an MGW short shifter also, it makes a huge difference.

Do you have aftermarket shocks? The verticle link bars only help a very little amount compared to the better struts you can get.
