Honestly for homemade, this thing looks beautiful, compared to some other homemade ones that I've seen, welds look very neat, nice and shiny

How do you handle tank overpressure? Did you know that it can't go over 17psi or does the plug take care of it?

Sorry, didn't make a template. I used some cardboard and made a template that way. I would suggest the same for your needs.
