When BMW installs the factory ones they double up the 3m on the ends. It's thicker to help fill in the gap of the curve the carbon won't bend and adhere to. Great video made it look super simple and didn't scratch up the paint like alot of others!

A heat gun or strong hairdryer would of helped remove the adhesive much better than using a razor blade near paint
