the hz in the game are locked ar 60hz, but my laptop is 240hz, and in the transtiion to cinematics the FPS drops to 0.

Sir may you help me i have Gtx 1060 3gb Fx 4300 no overclock 8gb ram 1.8tb hdd I get 30-40 fps which i guess is fine i can not upgrade cpu right now and my pc doesnt work when i over clocked which i wont try again the problem is game is in slow motion everything expect like some cutscenes and training is so laggy help plesse

@sharpeggmc650 At minimum, yes, it works, but with lags and freezes. You need 16 gigabytes to run smoothly.

I did 4x more tweaks than this from services to registry to windows swttings to debloat to powershell cmd i did everything and i have 30-40fps with rx 5700 xt 8gb and i5 11400f and 16gb

This is why I don't like AMD no processors no video cards.

@@-Deturn yeah after this build im probably never gonna buy again amd grapichs like before this i had Gtx 660 2gb 15 years old grapich card and with tweaks and settings in nvidia control panel i had similar fps like now and i bought gtx 660 for like 15$ and this for 320$
