How is career mode?

It’s fine, an improvement, some graphics and cut scenes are cut down though, so it’s not a full console experience like the ps5 but it’s still useable

To me it's dissapointing, first of all it's a 20gb download... what's even in the cartridge? Just the authorization for the download? It's silly. But the biggest problem is that the Switch clearly struggles to handle what they're throwing at it, it's not a steady 30FPS, it stutters between 30 and 20-something, you can feel it stuttering, it's got pretty aggressive input lag that i'm no longer used to and just feels off. It feels slow and then i went to manager mode and saw the cutscenes and that sealed the deal for me that EA definitely didn't properly QA this game at all or just didn't care and just rushed the release before it was fully optimized and that's sad, it could've been so much better. It's a bunch of literal laggy slideshow frames, i have no idea what's even going on or how that got past them but it was dissapointing as it showed once again that this is just a cash grab for EA because i guess the legacy editions weren't selling anymore and so they did the minimum they could to get Switch owners to care about Fifa again
