I loved scoring from lay-off shots in FIFA 12 to 16. in the modern FIFAs (23 etc) I score more from outside curve and inside curve. and I scored a few one from trivela too, tough its a bit hard to get it

Man I love the way the 2nd man does the layoff in eFootball, backheeling it into the path of the main taker, in FC 24 I noticed that layoffs are always to some other player on the side, even with minimal pass power, like duh I'm trying to set up my FK taker for a shot 🤦‍♂️

EA FC needs to add a way for the player to get a better impulse to shoot the ball... sometimes the positioning, the way he hits the ball and the curve the ball makes is bizarre

In FIFA, the lack of any sound effects when the player hits the ball and the horrendous air movements of the ball are immensely unsatisfactory. What happened to those clean animations? Just look at Messi's freekick animation in FIFA 15-19, and compare it to this monstrosity. The "new" free kick system downgraded the game in the worst way possible imo. I don't even want to talk about the commentary, it has always been poor. What a shame
