You need to try different tactics and roles to find the ones that suit you the most. Personnally, after trying 5 formations and many roles. I Now know that im at my best with a 433 flat, my wingers on inside forward(one of them is roaming), 2 midfielders that have long Ball bcz its the best playstyle in the game. So I'm in elite division now. But again you also have to take into account which players would suit which formations. Hope i've been able to give you some guidance :)

We change some of them regularly to keep testing what works best. Especially after patches. Once we find something that works, we stick with that.

i love false 9 with 424 and 442. i keep one on false nine and one on advanced or target forward

4-3-3 with the CDM. Set CDM as holding, wingers on inside forward and ST as false 9. When he comes back you get a diamond like the 4-1-2-1-2 but with wide men who also act as strikers. Get wingers with finesse plus and enjoy.

my strikers are caught in offside position to often. why? the opponent line defense is to high or just because my strikers are making runs because of roles? haaland whit poacher is caught in offside all time. thx

I think It usually Happens With Good defenders Like Saliba Or Van Dijk. If you have a Great Card Up front You won't face any Problem
