This is fantastic, though I feel the need to ask: what manner of fuckery did you perform with the police? The condition is one, this checks out with the chases initiating with just five cars, however only standard civic cruisers _should_ be participating; there are roadblocks and undercover civic cruisers, which are a condition two thing. *_confusing_*
