The 10 hours free trial was enough for me. Managed to get through about 3 hours before turning it off for good

I’ve felt that this franchise needs to step away for a refresh for a long time. Small yearly iterations along with the aggressive monetisation drove me away several years ago.

@@TimTimAfola of course it’s possible. Ubisoft did it successfully with Assassin’s Creed. EA aren’t exactly wanting for cash, they can afford to skip a year to give the devs more time to be creative and make larger scale changes, get it right and the demand for the game will be bigger than it’s been for years. Unfortunately people buy these games purely out of habit a lot of the time, same as they do with COD

Gameplay definitely better this year. Last year was one of the worst of all time I have absolutely no idea how they gave it an 8. From day 1 it was terrible

Every year when they release a new game I complain, than they modify it strongly and I finish to like it; in FIFA 23 there was the world cup,in FC 24, there was the euro cup, in FC 25 there is nothing special maybe can skip it; in my opinion this game is made for the people who play online and spend money , the elite who take the game as work: everything has to be more complicate possible so only the elite can master it, defending cannot be too good or there won`t be enough goals per match.

Seen guys already saying they regretted getting the game after day 1 lol. I warned people that this would happen when they were releasing the trailers but they didn’t wanna listen. Happens every single year but people are always hooked to a new game like it’s a shiny toy. Problem is, the game rarely changes but minor stuff that everyone’s sick and tired of in a week. Around October, there’s always complaint videos and I bet they’ll be stacked this year. It’s just going to be another year of rage and risk of health problems (that’s if you can control your anger and many people can’t as the game is broken and you will lose it at some point) Glad I didn’t succumb to getting this garbage especially after the shambles that was fc24😂.

The last good game in this series was FIFA 12. This year’s game is again hot garbage. Those older games from 12 and before had a good skill requirement and actually required good twitch skills and vision on both sides of the ball. Now it’s literally 8 goals per game on average where people can just mash buttons and still get through on goal without anything happening on the defensive side.

I bought it only for manager carreer mode and player carreer mode, and its awful.. way too many bugs. 4000 options and just nothing what looks like ea fc 24, tranfser Windows that just doesnt even come close to real life, players who wont get fit, cant train in player mode (so u cant play matches) everything is goddamn awfull, instead of fixing ea fc 24, which had way too much bugs before 25 was released, they just decided to launch a new game, EA has the most lazy workers i have ever seen

I alrdy dumped it. Payed 20 euro for ea pro to test it. Awfull online gameplay. Ditch the p2w( never will happen) improve speed in gameplay and would be king. It’s a clusterfuck, the menu freezes all day. And the p2w aspects it’s awfull. For players who won’t invest Gluck

This year is honestly worst than ever. Defending is so stupid, players are fast but react slow and high agility players fucking tweak when they dribble i find so stupid. I never hated gameplay of the EA games as much as this one, the worst in rhe franchise officially.
