What... The... Fuck... Is wrong with the KO physics??? It's like the fighters are magnetized to the ground. Easily the buggiest ragdoll system I've ever seen and KOs SHOULD be the most satisfying thing about the game. I don't understand how people arent more mad about these jank physics

I know right, they just copy pasted the same gameplay from UFC 4. the same god awful gameplay, clunky animations... the normal gameplay is preset animations but they only added ragdolls to the knockouts which make it look weird, they dont even look good. UFC 2's ragdolls were at least fun, this UFC 4/5 ragdolls are just looking weird and awful

Been playin since ufc 1 and i think ufc 2 had one of the best ragdoll systems. Wish they would've improved on it as well as kept the continued strikes after a knockout.. key features easily forgotten and taken out for no other reason than to be more arcady.. its like after 3 came and 4 was on the way out they started to platue in immersion and quality of life small details.. dont think ill get 5 anytime soon, maby if it comes to game pass or something but its not something thats makin me get up outta my seat and feel estatic about.

It’s wild that the striking in Red Dead 2 is more realistic and better looking than the striking in a game built where striking is one of the few elements in the actual game. Undisputed 3 which came out 14 years ago is a much better game than any of the EA UFC games. I still have it for 360 and play it more than any other MMA game.

they just copy pasted everything from UFC 4. the same god awful gameplay, clunky animations, terrible weird knockouts... only polished a little with visuals, but same game. the normal gameplay is pre determined animations but they only added ragdolls to the knockouts which make it look even more absurd, they should have either let knockouts stay predetermined animations, or just add ragdolls to the game overall. but they were lazy so the way they did it doesnt even look good. UFC 2's ragdoll knockouts were at least fun to do, this UFC 4/5 ragdoll knockouts are just looking weird and awful. besides, I dont understand why they still have that shotgun sounds on knockdowns/knockouts, it is irritating really

The flash KOs still look awkward IMO Nothing was as realistic as the rag doll system they had in EA UFC 2. Even with the backflip every now and then it was way more better than what we have now
