I've never seen a company put so much R&D into a root rake grapple design. It's good to see you stand behind your product though.

that tractor is a power wagon, im glad you showed a 55 w 60hp i was planning 55 grapple for 50hp you truly go above and beyond to show us and my kind of salesman. proving a 55 grapple can handle bigger loader speaks volume.

i bought that grapple about 5 yrs ago and had no problems at all. I've moved probably 50 logs and 140 telephone poles ( some twice.} I cut down the trees and use a stump bucket on the rest. I was worried using a root grapple on logs but no problem at all so far. EA products are expensive but worth every penny, thank you Ted.

I think you need so ballast in those tires. But the grapple is great.
@EverythingAttachments

The tires are filled. Yeah, it needs something hanging off of the 3pt for ballast, but Ted really only intended to poke at the tree a little. Think he got a little carried away.. hahahahahaha

We always test our attachments on machines larger than recommended. For the extra beef where it needs to be, you'd be best off with our Wicked 60. Ready for the long haul, and you can let er eat without worry!! Link www.everythingattachments.com/60-Inch-Wicked-Root-Rake-Grapple-p/eta-60-wrrg.htm

Ted, OK you have impressed me and the next order from EA is going to be one of these root grapples. Now I do have a question, does a set of seatbelts come on that Kabota? If not you may want to invest in an EA set of wicked seatbelts. A couple of times I thought you were going to leave the tractor the hard way. Stay safe and keep making those awesome EA products.

@EverythingAttachments

The JD mount is too wide to fit between the cylinders on our 48" model. That's why Wicked 55 is the chosen one for it. Lightweight, yet incredibly strong, while keeping the load as close as possible to the loader pivot pins! It's not a D10 dozer or large trackhoe. grapple is made to grab brush, grab branches, grab trees up to what it can handle once they are down.

I was cringing watching you dig out those roots. That is exaxtly what i was doing when that one spike sticking up went right through my radiator. About the size of a broom handle cost me big $ and a lot of down time. They sneak right in there between the bucket and hood and you dont even know its there til you hear the steam.

I just thought I was rough on my equipment. I am impressed. I just keep trying to understand how a 400 lb grapple with hold up. Mine is American made very reputable company but it weights 900 lbs. I almost hate putting it on just because the weight. I did have to replace my loader front cylinders already from doing something like you are doing. Is this one the EA 60 It is different from the one on your website. You and another person calls it the Wickeder 60.
@EverythingAttachments

Yes, the strength to weight ratio is Amazing! Actually, the one shown in the vid is our Wicked 55, now referred to as Wickeder, but the 60 is also Wickeder!!!

Ted, how did y'all address the increase in line pressure on the hydraulics when pushing with the grapple and turning the rams into backfeed pumps? After that test, it's clear y'all did something or it's not really the concern people are making it out to be. Where are the Factory Tours…??? A lot of us Bought the equipment we have Because of the factory tours - Seeing how it’s built, what it is built out of, and seeing it actually being welded up - made All the difference… So, bring back the Factory Tours - even, if they are less often - that’d be better than not having any… (especially, while so many are still Waiting for their orders to be filled)
