EAA AirVenture - Oshkosh M-ATV Military Vehicle

Take a quick look at the world's greatest aviation celebration, Oshkosh AirVenture 2011 where Oshkosh truck was showing off their new M-ATV, the half-million dollar mine resistant military vehicle that makes the Hummer look tiny by comparison.
The aerobatics were performed by AeroShell Aerobatic Team in North American T-6s.

@imgaryk There is a really nice feeling to this event, people seem happy and there's more cool things happening all at once than you can possibly take in. I'm just sorry we missed Harrison Ford and Gary Sinise with his Lt. Dan Band. Hope you make it there soon.

@tnoutdoors9 That's my spokesperson and also my finance adviser. She thinks a half-a-million bucks is too much for anyone to spend on a grocery-getter. According to the Oshkosh Defense factory Rep. I talked to the price doubles after the guns and electronics are installed.

@phishst1cks Air shows usually involve at least one crash so a guy should be ready to leap into action with an LMF2 for a fast rescue. The security folks might not be thrilled, though. Too bad this ill prepared man of adventure forgot his HD video camera in the glove compartment for the airshow, had to use my pocket camera.

always knew you were a man of adventure, thats really KGB65 in the crop duster,the little teaser with the gerber lmf2. For busting aircrat windows..always nice to have a change of pace..the atv is a beast at allmost 14 tons..enjoy
