I don’t remember because I haven’t played in a long while but…I think some moves are just naturally capable of doing that. In this case, instant transmission kamehameha is probably what you’re looking for.

I have an amazing cac build....for pve technically it should work with pvp but ....idk if it's my inputs or the nat code cause some how I'm always slower then my opponent or they are just way super strong lol even when I choose my main where one attack should doo so much damage but I've already accepted I'm trash at pvp lol
