I love all of them, I sort of wish that you included a vampire house as well. The vampire could live in the basement of one in the house or there is a secret hatch in the vendor area that leads to an underground house for the vampire. I love sims 4 creators but the multi-level basement is so underused in builds; like imagine a underground mini neighborhood and another one on top.

This is such a pretty build!! If someone ever wanted to add to it - I’d suggest making a few ladders into underground spots. A crypt for the vampire, and a grotto for a mermaid - then all occults would be there! The houses are all so cute, I think I like the werewolf one most though!

I like to think that Grim isn't self-centered, but he gets a lot of handmade gifts from his fans, and he at first felt weird about it since it is seeing himself everywhere, but he's since embraced the love felt in every piece of art that he's inspired.

For the ghost the back story can be that they were a musician and died on stage! They don't remember a lot but the ghost institution (a place to help new ghosts get set up duh) put them there temporarily until they get their memories back!
