WARNING! BUYER BEWARE! READ! Purchased an Eachine E190 Helicopter from Banggood in November 2024. Four weeks later in December 2024 received an “empty box.” Box had original packing tape. The box has no product identification information, nor picture. The box has no damage or alteration. No packing material inside box. The mailing label was placed on the side of the box, not top. I contacted customer service with pictures. Customer service asked for more pictures, and requested I contact the shipping carrier for more information. I provided more pictures. The company refuses to send the product or provide a refund.

Strange story but why not true? Stay in touch with Banggood and they will surely find a solution.
