hehehe, acro is extra difficult in line of sight, it really only makes sense with fpv goggles and forward flight. i downloaded hotprops simulator but i could not make my flysky work, i used an xbox360 joypad, it works, but it is more difficult, but it does help a lot to learn new habits for acro mode.

Yes you're right. It's not a nice way to learn acro with small quad. Have you try dowload FPV FreeRider?

hotprops is free but it has some glitches when you crash, but it has a level called mattystuntz which is very big city scape. i think the other simulators like fpv freerider cost money or they are on steam, which i am scared to open again because i have cracked game. (GTA5) which i didn't want to buy again for pc. but i think any simulator will help to learn acro flying, acro uses almost zero forward pitch, it is almost always roll yaw and throttle and backward pitch, very strange. also when you get in trouble the reflexes you need are very different from angle mode, very hard to change.

Some racer using air mode instead of acro mode. Have you ever found any sims program that has air mode?

i think they all use airmode''.. they are not totally lifelike but airmode just means they can still turn and flip when the throttle is at zero, but before airmode people just put idle throttle to spin, so motors never stop at zero, so not so different. airmode is acro mode. acro mode is what cleanflight does by default. so if you don't pick any mode in cleanflight then that is acro... no mode=acro mode... so airmode is just on top of acro but it is still acro with added control at zero throttle, so you can zero throttle and still turn and flip and do stuff without powering away fast.
