How did you define the x1Up variable?

Anyone have issues with the third cell stamping time? For some reason, it won't stamp the time and I keep getting #Value errors on all calculations.

I want to do something similar. But instead of calcuate the lap times of an athlete I want to calculate the time a Team has the ball during a soccer match. I'm an amateur in excel so I don't know a lot about coding in VB so I tried the coding lines I've seen in here but it didn't worked at all. Maybe If I had the excel file of this example I could give it a try. Thank you in advance
