May penalty po ba kapag hindi nakapagsubmit sa eafs ng attachments 2307, pero nakapagsubmit ng 1701q, 1701A and SAWT? Thanks po for answering.

Sir good day, just want to ask efps user here.. if form not available in efps, is it ok to file in ebir? Efps po kc ako may form n wala sa efps nagfile po ako sa ebir kc may babayaran ako...ok lng po b ito? Salamat sir!

Same concern, last time I went to my RDO para ipareceive ung hard copies ng esubmission SAWT for 2307 along with email validation confirmation. As per my RDO no need magparecieve ng hard copy if nakapag submit na online kc valid na un at narecieved Na ng BIR.

@@AccountingTutorialCenter kailangan din po ba naka validate na po sa sawt at na email n din po sa bir yung dat. file ng 1701q o kaya 1701A before e file sa eafs? thank you

Hello Sir Mark. Yung tax return na zero Ang tax due, submitted Po online Tru ebirforms. Bakit nag create Po siya Ng open case?

Happy Day! System error po yan sa BIR. Sulat lang po kayo sa RDO nyo at attach nyo yung tax return nyo with email confirmation for proof of on time submission of your tax return. Para po mawala yung open cases nyo. Thanks! Be Educated. Be Empowered

@@AccountingTutorialCenter thank you Sir.pinapabayad Po talaga ako sir. 200 pero sa bank account Ng BIR. Para daw Po magclose na. Kelangan Po ba talaga may payment kahit voluntary Ang 1701 para di magcreate Ng open case? Kasi ganito pinapagawa sa akin. Automatic Po ba nakicreate sa system Ang open case or may human intervention sya?

@@nhemarlynfariolan-leonardo596 Mali po yang sanabi sa inyo. Ang tamang remedy po ay sumulat kayo sa RDO nyo at attach nyo po sa sult nyo yung proof ng submission ng annual ITR nyo to remove your alleged open case

Good day po, fiscal yr po kami ending march 31 ang itr deadline is july 15, ang audited ay sa july 29 Ask ko lang po, kelan dapat iupload docs sa bir eafs Kung ang itr po nasubmit july 29 pero naifile po ng july 15, meron po ba penalty?

Hi Sir, may 2 questions po ako: (1) Do I need to file 1701Q kung naging resident po ako abroad? (2) Paano po ipinapaalam sa BIR ang non-resident citizen status?

@@AccountingTutorialCenter Thank you po Sir! Pero what if registered self-employed professional po kasi ako. Okay lang po ba magpatuloy muna mag-file ng ITR kahit na wala po akong i-re-report na source of income from Philippines?

@@gumpcard Yes po basta wala kayong income/sales sa Philippines and until closure of your COR sa BIR
