Another fantastic video. You do an amazing job putting these together and it is very obvious , to me anyway, as to how much effort and work you put into creating your videos. It has to be a passion of love for you. Many thanks for all you do. Greatly appreciated.. Mike

Thank you very much Mike for the kind words. Yes, it is a labor of love - the entire process - from planning trips, going on them, writing the script, post production, etc.

@@BackRoadsWest1 Thanks for this video, which is also timely for me. I am planning to be in Zion for a week in October and will kennel my dog for several days so I can do some hikes in Zion Canyon. I see this hike is on BLM land and dogs are allowed, so this would be a great one to do with my dog if it's not a real hot day. Looks like the road to the trailhead could be an issue. If it is dry, do you think it's doable in a Lexus RX 350 (similar to a Toyota Highlander) with 4 wheel drive and 7.3" ground clearance? Most standard Jeep Cherokees have clearances of 8" to 8.6"; the Lexus is somewhere between a normal passenger car and a true high clearance vehicle. I am used to driving on rough forest service roads but don't do anything that borders on rock crawling.

@@Don-md6wn I’m a local and I did this hike last summer. You’ll be fine in the RX. In my opinion a cautious, savvy driver could even take a sedan on a dry day. The author errs on the side of caution, which I respect. Worst case scenario you can park before the trailhead and enjoy a bit longer of a hike.
