meh, still weak. It like from 0-1% to 20-30% usability, even interference most useful, cos Eye only vs Player (like int), but int more helpful. But first aid and Sorcery actually good.

I tried playing some single player in the new version and eagle eye is even better there and in campaigns. In the classic 8 factions random map you fight a lot more heroes along the way, and eagle eye becomes a viable strategy to acquire spells. Had one game where battles like that were enough to fill my Shiva's spell book. Still wonder if you need wisdom to learn higher level spells though, because I can't recall if she had it in that game. Another point that I noticed is that logistics specialists are going to be kings again in this new patch. It's right that they didn't get any buff, but their specialty stack really well with the new pathfinding, and also with the new learning that gives them fast level ups. Had some insanely fast Kyrre games, where in a very early part of the game she had consistent 3000 moves per turn, and I won faster than ever without having extraordinary luck or something along the game.

When I open the game up it just prompted me to download the latest version from the website. Just have to go to Hota website and redownload it.

The fact that you see opponents spells book is imo more important then spells grab because you can see one’s limitations and can exploit it in your strategy during battle. Sweet. I really liked icon for eagle eye and now is it even good enough skill to have. Could somebody let me know, even so i do not play game I have just that curiosity thing, how is it now with eagle eyes artifacts when you have those but do not have skill?

The artifacts only boost the % of the skill, so it's compulsory to have eagle eye

Unironically yes, you can counter enemy EE specialist by getting your own own EE, now you do not have 1 skill while opponent has 1 skill less and no specialty lmao.

@JoeZombie-nq7qj it works like tactics. if both heroes have tactics, you won't have tactic phase. If both have eagle eye, no one can learn each other spells etc.

@@michazmuda1477 Thanks. So basically, you could make a challenge map in which the player is forced to pick Eagle Eye on main, or else AI will learn the spell it can destroy him with. That's actually pretty awesome as a possibility.
