Looking back, I feel like this song was the 90’s telling us to “hold on to this moment and savor it because it’s gonna end soon and everything will change and never be like this again”. I had a pretty rough childhood but I’d literally go through it all again just to be able to live through the 90’s again but with a little more appreciation and awareness of what I was experiencing. Truly the most beautiful and peaceful time in history.

Eagle Eye's father Don Cherry is one of those underrated jazz musicians that certainly doesn't get the credit he deserves that you wouldn't come across, only if it's your life's mission to do so. Another thing is that he co-written and produced most of Lou Reed's The Bells. Sad to see his son achieve almost the same fate, I would want another hit from him, not being demanding.

This was one of my moms favorite songs. I still remember she recorded it on vhs. And she had the album. Ahe always had this song playing. It is a good song.
