We lived in a less expensive but still nice neighborhood near both Legacy and Homestead and walked both those areas often. Greg did a great job of representing the views, amenities, look and feel of both areas. Before choosing a home in either, be sure to interview the neighbors, find out as much as you can about the day-to-day life within the HOA, check out the HOA rules, Regis, and financial health. Do your homework, then find a home you love.

I believe Greg’s map annotations are correct. We lived in the area for 18 months.
