Eagle Rock Loop gear pack list

Heading out to Eagle Rock Loop. This is my current packing list for a 3 night adventure.
Unfortunately during editing, I lost a little information, but I believe it was mostly my ramblings toward the end. (Video is pretty blunt end this time.)

I also have and used the ULA Circuit for the Eagle rock trip and it worked so well.

For its first longer trip, I definitely like this one way better than my Osprey packs

I hiked eagle rock about a month ago. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be going back October and or November.

I apologize, Eric. I missed your comment for a while now. How did you like the fall season on the loop? I hope to make it back over there for a new attempt.

3:50 You swapped out your regular quilt stuff sack for an REI compression sack? You kind of interrupted yourself and seemed to lose your train of thought on this. I'm getting ready for my first thru hike. I have a compression bag that I like for my quilt (it is too bulky when not in a compression bag) but it's an old compression bag and a bit heavy. I'm looking for some newer and lighter weight options. Do you know what size your compression bag is?

Sorry. I tend to get sidetracked while I talk. I need to work on a script for these. The compression bag I swapped to is 7" diameter x roughly 20" length. I've had it for a while, but my other option is that I use a slightly larger stuff sack and keep my camp/sleep clothes stored with my quilt during the day.

How much water again did you bring ?

I carried two bottles. A one liter and a 24 oz Smart Water. There is water everywhere, but I carried two so I would have a bottle for filtered and dirty water. (Which didn't have to be done since our group carried a bag filter for at camp)

Water is everywhere on the ERL. I carried no more than a liter.
