I stayed at Eagle nest last month road trip. It was amazing experience, view from room was beautiful and hotel staff was very welcoming. There were a lot of foreigners staying at the hotel as well.

No hotel is not if international standard. Dubai Hyatt Deira is superior in standard and cheaper. Only at 50 - 60 UK pounds a night. Whereas, Serina Islamabad is of lower standard and twice as expensive. Seri a needs a revamp.
