I love this.. as a dominant right handed person who went through 4 extensive surgeries on my right arm and 6 months in the ICU, learning lefty seemed a task and where I’m not the best, I make it work! 2023 I had the tendons in my shoulder re attached, rotar repair and Labrum shave at UCSD with Dr Leek. I have been working out in the pool and I feel great. I never thought I would feel this good. again and I am 57. It's not swimming, I just use movements in the pool 80% and 20 % swimming. Good luck.
