Question: In discgolf - Are island holes really island holes if you can walk to the basket?

Some literally are Islands and are connected via Bridges or in some rare cases by small boats. Others are "metaphorically" island holes that have human-made borders representing OB or a Hazard Zone enclosing the "island"....and some are on Peninsulas but play "like-an-island" hole.
