You are a bad influence, Arkham89. Thanks to you I've just ordered a couple of these amazing cars. :) The Arkham Asylum Batmobile is my all time favorite version of the Batmobile. There's something about that engine that makes this car incredibly sexy. I just picked this one up as well as the 89 Batman movie Batmobile. Will be getting the Arkham Knight and Batman: The Return as well. I'm also really liking the look of the Beware the Batman's Batmobile as well. Great, video!

+Eugene Johnson Haha!! That's too funny. Makes me happy to know that I've been a "bad" influence. Your gonna love these Batmobiles when they come in! As I mention in my videos, that don't have a lot of features but the line makes up for it in detail and the sheer variety of Batmobiles that are available. You are picking up some of my favorites too. It goes without saying that I absolutely love the Arkham Asylum Batmobile - a strong contender for my all-time favorite. I wasn't a huge fan of the Beware the Batman series but the Eagelmoss model of that Batmobile is incredible. I was so surprised when I got mine. The only thing that disappointed me with this model, and I'd like it noted that this was my first, and so far only, Eaglemoss Batmobile, was the lack of detail on the undercarriage and static wheels. Beyond that, love it.

Anduril74871 It is a little disappointing because some of these Eaglemoss Batmobiles are so awesome. I currently have all of them and it is such a cool and diverse line. It's a shame that they don't have any moving parts. They literally are display pieces. I guess the dioramas that they come with sorta make up for the lack of features but I too wish the wheels would move with some of them - especially this Arkham Asylum model. It's still one of my favorite Batmobiles. Thanks again for watching and taking the time to comment.

I need to pick up this, the Noel Batmobile, and maybe the Return Batmobile. The Zero Year car also looks great, and I can't wait for them to do a BvS Batmobile.

Great review Richard i have been looking forward to your review of this one. Definitely one of my favourite batmobiles. It was great to see shots from the game as well that brings back great memories and the way you describe the overall mood and tone of the game is 100% spot on totally agree with you. Although i am a fan of the new Batmobile for the new game and BVS movie coming out but sadly they also leave me kinda scratching my head and think to myself what are they thinking. I would like to see a return to a more recognisable batmobile if you know what i mean in future media. They seem to have lost there charm and flare with that classic noir/gothic art deco look to them. Great review as always buddy a very great piece lets hope its not the end of an era for a traditional looking Batmobile. Definitely in my top 5 this one. I was wondering did Eaglemoss ever release the Batmobile from Justice League Unlimited it's also one of my favourites although you don't see it often in the show it was also a great looking car. Jamie Evans Thanks, buddy. Always appreciate you watching. It is interesting how the Arkham Knight and the BvS Batmobiles are so similar. I don't necessarily dislike them but (like you) I sometimes wonder what the designers are going for. I always think they are aiming for a "real-world" look/feel, which does not always make sense to me (especially with our beloved Superman). I do think it is possible to ground a story in reality and still retain those amazing fantastical characteristics of the classic designs. Do you remember if the Batmobile in JLU was the same one they used in the final season of the Batman Animated Series? If so, then I think Eaglemoss does have a model of that Batmobile (I think). It may be coming in my next haul and I will be sure to do a video for it when it comes in. Thanks again! Take care.

Yeah, one of the things that I love about the Rocksteady Arkham games is their approach to design They really do find a way to create something new while honoring the rich history of fan-favorite designs. RobsRogues Rob! You know they have to have all sorts of crazy skins planned for the Batmobile. In addition to the Arkham Asylum, I'm also hoping for the Tumbler, the '89, and the '66. Not sure how they will accomodate the "battle-mode" for those. Can you imagine seeing the '66 Batmobile transforming into this rockin' battle-mode Batmobile? That would be too cool!

RobsRogues I have the arkham knight game now and i can answer your question: this skins, the tumbler, the 1966, the arkham asylum do not have battle mode, they are only use for challenges and in the free room

Very very cool Richard!! Loved the interspersed clips of the game and footage from the Arkham animated movie too. I couldn't agree more that this is probably in my top 3 of all Batmobiles. Such a great hybrid of the 89, and animated designs....in fact that's the first time I've seen all three on screen together and I kept noticing more and more similarities! As always a fantastic and thorough review....here's hoping the Arkham Knight car gets a special soon to coincide with the games release. It'll sell like hot cakes! I know I've thanked you a million times but it's still not enough. Aside from the initial three Batmobiles that I wanted, I now have all of the other models that were on my "wish list" for Eaglemoss to make. It's crazy how they keep coming out with additional models and some of those are equally awesome. It seems like the line just keeps getting better and better. I love this batmobile, it looks mean, it looks and feels like a muscle car and it doesn't look like a tank!!!! I really hate to nit pick but the only thing I question is the windshield, the small piece with the two seems on each side in the front, I don't see how that serves any purpose, I wonder if it would look even better with a windshield that goes all the way around with no seems in the middle (or front) but that is very minor, the car is awesome!!!!!

Tim M Hey Tim! This was the model I was really hoping for. It is so awesome and it's exactly what I would imagine Batman driving around Gotham. Do you think the windshield should look more like the Batmobile's from Legends of the Dark Knight #156? It would certianly look slick and kinda high-tech. Maybe they were still trying to sqeeze in a "real world" element into the design of the car? Who knows? Like you said, the car is AWESOME! I definitely need to track down this other Hot Wheels WalMart exclusive. Do you have it in your collection? I'd love to see if there are any differences from the first release. the windshield should not be read but I wonder if it would look better or worse with no seems in the middle like the #156 version. the car is still awesome, I'd love to see a 1/50 scale (surprised they didn't in the last batch) and how about a 1/18 scale version!! Hotwheels is long over due for a new model, (66, 89, and Tumbler have been done to death)

Shawn Henry I'm not sure if there are figures that fit the scale of these models. The Eaglemoss 89/Keaton Batmobile came with a Batman that is in scale but it's connected to the base. I also have a Batman Begins figure that came with one of my grail pieces, the Maize Tumbler. I've used it in my video review of The Bat. Thanks for watching!

+Geovany Figueroa No. Eagelmoss Batmobiles are more like statues than die cast cars like Hot Wheels. They are literal models. Having said that, the sculpts are typically brilliant and the line is more diverse than any other out there. Thanks for watching!

+Raunak Roy You can start a subscription for these Batmobiles their website. Just Google them and I'm sure you can find their website. However, I know many subscribers who have had many problems with their subscriptions. Be careful. I would recommend ordering them online or trying to find them in you local comic shop if you are not planning to get every single Batmobile. Again, be careful. They make (in my opinion) great models but I've heard horror stories with some Eaglemoss subscriptions. I would also recommend a few Hot Wheels models and Corgi has a great selection of diecast Batmobiles with moving parts and special features. I'll try and review one of those in the near future. How big is it actually?

prototypex11z I'd say it is close to 5 inches in length. It is a 1/43 scale but, as I mentioned in the video, it looks a little bit bigger. I think it mostly has to do with the design of this particular Batmobile. Do you have any Eaglemoss Batmobiles? The Arkham Asylum is pretty much the same size as the '89. Thanks again for watching!
