Grateful for this school. I was an example of a "bad" CU student who ran from Chapel and all that. But the teachings in this university that set you up for success are almost impossible to escape. I thought the major thing CU did for me was familiarize me with the extent of insane wealth that is possible, but the truth is a lot of people know this possibility but still lack the mentality to execute. Now that I am older and understand concepts like, "the magic of believing", "As a man thinketh", laws of attractions, mindset etc I found out that small things like those annoying PA announcements " Peter Hall KINGS, move out now! move out now!" was continually programming my subconscious for success. So many things........., the dress code ,the walkways that show you 2 separate routes that are equally hard etc. This small consistent nudges help reprogram the brain for success. Thank you so much Bishop David Oyedepo. You really raised a new generation of leaders.

This was so so beautiful to watch! For someone who didn't attend CU, I could tell from watching this documentary how the core values and vision of the school has shaped (and is shaping) the thinking of its students and alumni and their outlook to life. While I'm grateful for my alma mater, this piece made me say out loud for the first time in my life, "I wish I attended CU" 😊. Interestingly how I can relate a lot to some of these experiences even though I did not attend Covenant. I had the greatest privilege to get about 100 sermons from Bishop Oyedepo during my undergraduate days and those sermons shaped who I am turning out to become. Covenant is really a Pacesetting Institution. It is the Harvard of Africa and truly Papa is a LEGEND

I wish more pioneer set alumni were interviewed. Pioneer students know CU more than any set. Also, why was professor Izedomi not interviewed? Every entrepreneur from CU owe their education to prof. I know my investments kicked off from his trainings.

It is virtually impossible to fit everyone into a 1 hour documentary - think of this as the first of many installments. It is also important to realize that CU has produced 17 sets and so a balanced/diverse view from multiple generations is the way to drive inclusivity.
