Something I noticed going back last season is that the defense doesn’t play good when they are always on the field, last season we had a a lot of 3 and outs along with TO’s, I think Hurts being safe with the ball is more than just protecting the ball but controlling the game and keeping the defense fresh. The defense even fell apart against Wash when Hurts left the game. Ball control went out the window and the defense looked bad. It amazes me that the “professionals” in the media have t picked up on this at all… Btw our 3rd down completion % is waaay better than last season.

This is one of the best defenses that I have seen in a long time. Young and clutch! Shout out to Big Play Slay being a dog in coverage! Jalen Hurts made great decisions as always. Also, Jalen Carter doesn't get enough credit for his IQ on the field. He's a savant! Knows what to do in every situation. Saquon will be the greatest RB all time when it's over. Just my opinion.. I don't know if it's a trend, but the only winning QB from this weekend that threw over 200 yds was J Daniels. Now J Allen also played in a snowstorm, but it was clear in KC and they won too. It reminds me of the start of the season when very few of the QBs were putting up any numbers. I'd like to see a better passing game from the Eagles, but it really does seem like the driving force to this team winning is Saquon & the 'D'. And they ARE winning! GO EAGLES!!

The qb with the most sacks in the NFL is Tom Brady. Of course Aaron Rodgers is fast approaching. Brady will be in the Hall of Fame. Once you look at the film when Jalen was sacked no one was open. Sack or interception. You have to make a choice. BTW, by the time Jalen finishes his career he will top of the league with rushing TDs. No matter how you get a TD it puts 6 points on the board.
