Hi Matt. Each week there are two sessions. One teaching Mondays (@1.45hrs of teaching- which you will be able to watch at ur own pace so you don't have to do it in one sitting!! ). Then Thursdays will be a live Q and A session which is always Soo powerful . That as well ill make sure to record the live session just in case you couldn't jump on there, you can catch it afterwards.
