+Memotek82 So supposedly the lead singer and drummer were at a bar one day and some dude was dancing to the band "The Scorpians" and they asked what the man was doing and he yelled: "This is death metal dude!" and the drummer replied: "No, this is like the Eagles of Death Metal.". Thus their name. Totally different genre but its a cool band, The drummer is also from Queens of the Stone Age and was in a few other bands.
