A really nice result on this! I love the weathering job you've done, too, as it's appropriate for the scale. Too often I see a beautiful build and paint job ruined by modellers with over-zealous filth caked on at the end, but this one is perfect. Getting flashing/variable lights to function properly on the same power source can be very challenging, as you found out. Have you ever looked into Arduinos for your model lighting? They're pretty easy to use, with lots of ready made sketches (Arduino program code) that can be experimented with and modified.

The light coming from the bridge looks wonderful. Really adds a sense of scale. I like that you didn’t go apeshit with the weathering too. Awesome work.
