With 1.4 billion people, progress and development will tend to be frustrating and slow. All expectations and promises of quick prosperity for the masses are delusional. However, the government is supporting the masses as the rising GDP begins to flow down. Resilience is what the government should aim for with such a large population and democratic processes. India has a focussed government and that counts for resilience and steady growth.

Yeah, the amazing foreign policy that spoiled relations with countries who are hosting big numbers of students from india, students who didn’t see any hope in India. Mr. Jaishankar has failed at his job tremendously.

Countries which host a number of Indian students as well as countries which have other types of relations with India have a relationship currently. The only exception is Canada which houses Khalistani terrorists. Here in Australia, even the current left-leaning Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was full of praise of Prime Minister Modi. Trade with Southeast Asian nations is at an all-time high. India is benefitting from buying cheaper Russian oil (without that you would be complaining even more about mehngai). Military and economic cooperation with Japan and South Korea is at its peak. Even Muslim majority nations like the UAE have better relations with India than ever before. Listen to Sheikh Al Nahyan's speeches before commenting.
