Do we need to have a Fixed Public IP SIM for the M876-4 Scalance ? or a Normal Mobile SIM with INternet access can work?

normal mobile sim will work but for the server you need a static ip to connect with internet

hi, is that download to hmi is not possible through remotely however i could make change in plc directly & can monitor the hmi Through smart client

I Tried that way (with my IP range) , but can Not Access the wbm...any hint where my Problem could be?

Check your windows firewall or endpoint security client. As long as you are able to ping the ip address of sinema rc, you should be able to open the wbm on port 443. If it is behind a router make sure you are giving the right default gateway.

@@gauravshivaji Hello Sir, I have configured everything regarding WBM of scalance M876-4 according to manual. (Using this link Sending and Receiving SMS Messages via a SCALANCE M Router support.industry.siemens.com/cs/in/en/view/54361177) Also I have integrated both send & receive FBs in logic from library available on above link. but I am not able to send SMS. Whenever I try to send SMS the escalation bits get high but there is not any error code nor I get SMS on my mobile number. Hardware Used : S7-1513 PN, Scalance M876-4 (Profinet Protocol) Can you make any guess what might be problem
