The conversation awareness is the best feature, as it removes the need to pause or remove an earbud to have a conversation… The combined ANC / Transparency is a bit of a gimmick, and personalised volume is only recognisable over time, imo the Ear 2’s are still better due to better sound customisation and call quality 👍🏻

Can you make a video comparing type C EarPods vs 3.5 mm vs lighting. On the basis of sound quality and whether they support lossless or not.

The H2 chips inside Apple Vision Pro and AirPods Pro 2 with USB-C run at 5 GHz. For comparison, the H2 inside AirPods Pro 2 with Lightning runs at 2.4 GHz… so not supported. Aside from the mic working as it should on the USB-C version being able to suppress noise on recording apps, and some small sound quality differences, the dust resistance to IP54 is the only other upgrade.

What?!?! This has only 187 views?! I really enjoyed it man, keep it up! If I can give you an advice, work on the on the screen texts, they feel a bit amateurish, find nicer and simpler fonts! I got the Nothing Ear 2's ... due to the design and better sound customisation, Apple haven't done enough imo to make me switch back body-blue-raised-arms

Agree, the new features are cool, I love the conversation awareness on the Pro 2’s, which switches from ANC to Transparency and lowers the volume when you initiate a conversation, but the sound trumps everything else and the Ear 2’s are better 🔊

I have both Airpods Pro 2 and Nothing Ear 2. And I have to say, nowadays, transparency mode is a key feature. Not the sound quality or even ANC. Apple just nailed transparency. You can hear your own voice like you are without any earphones, you can walk comfortably, you can run, you can exercise. You can do whatever you want with transparency mode. It's insane how sometimes you can forget that you have airpods in your ears, while airpods IN your ears 😂 Ear 2 has decent-ish transparency mode. But you can't talk, walk, run normally with them, it is so hard to do anything, so you have to turn off transparency.
