its normal. its just a bit deeper than what we normally access. but beware the wax is there to protect your ear from inside. its not meant to be removed. only if there is excessive amount

These are good to watch, however you do have to keep in mind that these are scams. For example the only real thing in this video is when he was pulling small bits of earwax out of the ear. And as soon as he uses the tube, he magically pulls out a huge lump of earwax out of his ear with the tweezers.
