Sir ear body balance may kesay role play karta ha
@ChemistryPlusOfficial
@ChemistryPlusOfficial Жыл бұрын
The ear, specifically the inner ear, plays a crucial role in maintaining body balance. The structure responsible for this is the vestibular system, which comprises two main parts: the semicircular canals and the otolith organs. Here's how they work: Semicircular Canals: There are three semicircular canals oriented at right angles to each other: horizontal, anterior, and posterior. These canals are filled with a fluid called endolymph. When you move your head, the fluid inside the canals shifts. This movement of the fluid bends hair cells (sensory receptors) located within the canals. The bending of these hair cells sends electrical signals to the brain, indicating the direction and speed of head rotations. Otolith Organs (Utricle and Saccule): These organs detect linear acceleration (like when you're in an elevator) and the force of gravity. They contain tiny calcium carbonate crystals (otoconia) that sit on top of a gel-like layer. When you tilt your head or move vertically, these crystals shift, bending the hair cells below. This bending action triggers electrical signals sent to the brain, helping you sense your position relative to gravity and linear movements. The signals from the vestibular system are sent to the brain, primarily the cerebellum and the brainstem. The brain integrates this information with signals from your eyes (visual input) and from sensory receptors in your muscles and joints (proprioceptive input). This integrated information helps you maintain balance and orient yourself in space. If the vestibular system malfunctions (due to infections, injuries, or other conditions), it can lead to dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders.

sir ear maintain the body balance but how ?????????? (example)??????????????
@ChemistryPlusOfficial
@ChemistryPlusOfficial 3 жыл бұрын
Its separate topic.... Position feedback from the inner ear Each semi-circular canal has a different orientation to detect a variety of movements such as nodding or rotating. Movement of fluid inside the canals caused by head movement stimulates tiny hairs that send messages via the vestibular nerve to the cerebellum.
