My dog starting having ear infection the last couple of years. Last time was treated with some ear drops that given at the vet's and did not need to re apply at home. After that got better. Then he developed hot spots. He was given a shot for allergies. Now his eye is a mess from him scratching it. On antibiotic eye drops for like a month and still not better. He was not on kibble. I was home cooking. No one could tell me what was the cause of the allergy. Found a food therapy vet. She made suggestions so the meal could be balanced. He's getting fish for coolness. The eye is still tearing and he can't always open it. I don't know what else to do to help him. Every thing that was suggested to try or meds have not worked. My poor old boy. I thought home cooking would help him age with less issues. The vet said the next step would be to scrap his eye. I don't know if I want to let them do that. He is scared of the vet. I don't want put him through so much stress or risk his eye. Any ideas?

Hi Diana if I was in your place here are a few things I would try. Nutriscan test. It will show you what proteins/things your pup is allergic to. Most health issues stem from gut. So look into animalbiome as well. I will paste the link for both the products over here. They are on sale on Dr. Morgan’s website. drjudymorgan.com/products/nutriscan-by-hemopet?_pos=1&_sid=9cf263ae0&_ss=r drjudymorgan.com/products/animalbiome?_pos=1&_sid=ff6119db1&_ss=r

Thank you. My little doxie tends to get ear infections once a year. Vet believes it is allergy related....IDK. Currently home cooking using your pancreatitis recipe too.

Just took my dog to the vet all of those meds you mentioned they wanted cut put her on for a long amount of time. I didn't have the $527 they were charging for all of that 1st consultation. But they did give me an article from Veterinary Partner on Allergies whether environmental or food.. They wanted me to put lily my dog on Prop lan salon and rice to start. Any recommendations? They were going to put her on Posatex Otic Suspension 15%.Tested positive for coci and rods. Starting to home cook. Was eating Pedigree then I saw your webinar. Trying to figure all of this out.

Just by getting the dog off Pedigree and moving to home-made food you should see a huge difference in the ears. ProPlan would not be my recommendation. Posatex would be okay to treat the immediate problem while you are working on the diet changes.

I never had an ear infection in my life.. Then I had the covid-19 jab.. And got a nasal and ear infection and throat infection that's never fully cleared up since. I'm not a doctor but notice this in other work colleagues. Could be coincidence. But I do think far too many things are unchecked. Since the needle
