holy crap. you could be a hypnotist. i found myself drifting into a trance multiple times during this video simply due to how calm, soothing, relaxed, gentle and soft your voice is. after an amount of time which i can't pinpoint due to being in a trance like state most of the time, i stopped hearing the things you were saying, they were just words blending in with each other. it slowed my heart rate and breathing down as well. it took me a minute to even realize you were done talking. you can so use that to your advantage.
