Thanks for the info. No pain but bad hearing loss. Will see a Dr to finally get it fixed. Home remedies aren't working. What's funny is it fixed itself when my gym was closed for 2 months and came back after it reopened. Think it's jamming in earbuds trying to get them louder

@zepps88 Actually...you never want to squirt water in "AS HARD AS YOU CAN". All professionals will tell you to do it 'gently', since if the water is squirt in too forcefully, it could damage the eardrum. If it worked for you this time without damage,you were very lucky. If it happens again, be very gentle, a slow steady stream without pressure should wash it out. ps...there was a nurse that advised using 50% each of hydrogen peroxide and sterile distilled water. Good luck.

@Ortegala buy one of those rubber ear syringes with the ball on the end, that's what worked for me. put the syringe directly in your ear and squirt water in as hard as you can and it will flush everything out. it sounds painful but it's not. it works!

Hey zeppa, My left ear was jacked up as well..I loosened it up with the over the counter stuff, I waited a couple of days to go to my doctor....The doctor took out the wax..My doctor said it was a good thing that I loosened it up....please loosened it up and then go to the doctor...I hugged my doctor so tight..LOL.. I feel like a million dollars.....please go, will never regret it..

laurence rendall Lets see you call yourself that.Go have a doctor clean them.They try scrape it out.If don't work they use a huge syringe.Trust me its pressure of water and scraping it pain you feel.If you let earwax in your ears they become blocked

so after taking i shower i decided to clean my ears and like an idiot i used a q tip thinking i probably wouldn't get too far inside my ear. well i had no such luck and now my left ear hearing is muffled which sucks since i work as a sound engineer for a living. you figured time would've taught me how to avoid this situation but i'm gonna give baby oil a try and see what happens, all else fails i live 5 minutes away from the hospital
