I've made something similar but charging via Arduino nano with parametrizable output charge voltage. This is much simpler. My goal was to train the left earbud because it drains much faster than the right side when charging via their case. Unfortunately nothing changed but at least I didn't make it worse.

So... Yesterday I lost my earphone case. This afternoon I made this diy charger. I made the mistake of plugging the usb into a regular phone charger... And it killed one of my earbuds. 😰 They were on 70% (and I could still use them), so I just wanted to test if this stuff really works, but after I tried it with both earbuds and I wanted to turn them on, one just didn't work anymore. So basicly my earbud is dead after 1 minute of charging...
