Great video. Every Earfun product I have (Free, Free2, and Free Mini) has been ridiculously impressive for the money. I'm currently using the 1More Sonoflows but this Earfun could be inbound soon.
@Techtablets7 ай бұрын
Yes they really are very good for the price. I don't think I've come across a bad product of theirs the only thing is the mics could be better. But that's most brands.

@buckethead4205 ай бұрын
if you want to game the Wave Pro are stellar. The Q30 have noticeable lag. i trust oluvs gadgets channel when it comes to the Q30 vs Q45. The 30s can be EQ'd (6 band graphical EQ) to be almost neutral, the Q45 not, havent used them, but Oluv has quite some history with audio engineering and he dislikes the 45 for a reason i guess. I had the 30s and with the EQ settings he provided they sounded pretty damn neutral to me and much more professional than my Bose QC35II out of the box (faaaaar from neutral, but fun sounding allrounder ofc) Unfortunately the rest of the Q30 was nothing i wanted to really use. The ANC had no "windy mode" like the Bose and the Earfun Wave Pro have. Q30 are basically unusable outside with ANC and a bit of wind. The Q30 also had the worst sound when it comes to something touching the outside of the earcups while listening (with or without ANC) even a pillow slightly touching the outside let in such a disturbing noise. The Bose and the Earfun are easily usable while rolling around with them in bed etc. Just sold my Q30 for 55 bucks (as new) and bought the Wave Pro for only 60, so i havent played with EQ much, but they sound pretty good so far + EVERYTHING else they can do feature and spec wise, haptics, build quality is way better in my opinion. They seem more like a $100 paair of headphones vs basically a sub 50 like the Q30 which is really sad...the drivers of the Q30 were more than fine, the rest was just meh. Pick up the Earfun, the only bummer is the stench of the case thats sticking to the artificial leather padding. Hopefully that will go away after a while. They also get me some warm ears compared to the Bose and the Q30....especially after i got used to my open back BD 1990 Pro

Great review, woud you pick these, Edifier 700NB or Sony 720?
@Techtablets7 ай бұрын
These over those two for the sound quality, ANC and battery life. But if you place a lot of calls I think the 700NB mics where a bit clearer.
@srvuk7 ай бұрын
Why would they be too good to be true? Rather too many 'brand' manufacturers products are a rip off when you consider how much quality that you can get for a very small amount of money. Even £$€80 is quite expensive. The interior cup sizes seem to be of such a size to cover even large ears and is always a feature of over ear headphones that is missing from specs and reviews but which could be rather critical to purchase consideration. The heat build up is almost universal for this type but if you remove them for seconds, any moisture dissipates very quickly.
@Techtablets7 ай бұрын
Well it's just that for this price you get something that sounds as good as headphones that are 2-3 times this price. The cups do cover my ears completely and yes the heat issue is something that always bother me with overear headphones and why I often go back to in-ear ANC ones. Summer it gets really hot here so I find the heat build up a real pain.

@krollpeter7 ай бұрын
No it's not. They do look similar, and it might be they have the same core, but there are some differences. The EarFun for example features 5 mics. Also, a buyer should take a look at the software. All these cheaper headphones from China work with heavy sound processing. They make good sound from cheap drivers. Therefore, it is important the supplied software is good. For example, it should have good settings, and the item should not sound like shxt without, for example on a laptop.

@@nikonlaw I myself do have 3 different of such cheapos from Alie. In 2 of them I installed better drivers and better pads. One sounds 95% as good as a Sony WH1000Mk2 from my son. The other one was a $10 headphone, that sounds like $150 with a new pair $25 drivers. It is mighty bassy like those Dr. Dre. The third one is surprising good out of the box, for $40. So, I believe what u r saying.
