I reversed the song, and in my opinion it sounds something like "Drogen hab I nie! Hab i nie, hab i nie" which could be interpreted as a bavarian dialect of "Drogen hab ich nicht." This is german and means "I don`t have drugs." The middle part sounds like "Nein, das hassen wa" aka "Nein, das hassen wir." This means "No, we hate ´em." But I´m far away from being sure about that. :D

Some bands used to have "hidden messages" that were only audible when played the record in reverse. I think several rock bands have done this through the decades.
