Early 65 Mustang Restomod

Sorry for the delayed response. The car is technically a 64 1/2 and originally came with a 260. The motor was replaced by a 289 sometime before I purchased the car. All new suspension has been added to the car for added performance and handling, lowered 2" in the rear and 3" in the front. The seats are from TMI and you have to purchase new front seat foam when buying the kit which also includes the rear seat and side panel covers. The center console is also TMI. They also sell new seamless headliners in suede to match the inserts in the seats. As for the exhaust, I ran hooker ceramic coated shorties with 2.5 inch exhaust and Flowmaster 2 chamber exhaust. Other upgrades include; white face gauges, L.E.D light conversion and HID headlight conversion for added visibility, rebuilt heater box, shaved all emblems and shaved rear seem lines by rear window, 17" American Racing Torque Thrust, xylotone trunk paint, and much much more. Thanks for your comments guys, the car sold in less than two days and is headed to Germany.

I Know Your Video of Your 65" is Almost 3-Yrs Old......But I Just had to Express that You Have Put Together One of The Nicest 65" Mustang Coupe I've Seen, Everything About Your Stang Is Beautiful!!!!.....from the Color of the Paint, to the TT II Wheels, to the Stance, to the Awesome Looking Interior, and Last the Sweet Looking Engine Bay......IMHO, You Have One of the Sweetest Cleanest, Looking 65" Resto-Mod Mustang Coupe Out There........2-Thumbs Up.....

Now that is a Restomod I like.The car wasn't blown apart and everything modernized with new high tech gadgetry.It is still a 65 , not a 65/2018 car. Beautifully done.

I only see one problem, and that is the spark plug wires are just hanging loose.. they should be secured

Do you have pictures? I have a 65 and I noticed that the car didn't have the chrome strip around the passenger windows. What did you do there?

Hello, The chrome strip was pulled off the car, which was an easy feat. We then took a heat gun to remove all the old seam sealer that cracks over the years and added new. The window moldings can be purchased new if you like the look and we have put them on our cars before, a little tricky, but can be done. Just be careful if you decide to replace your old ones, because they are easy to bend when installing.
