I wake up every morning at 3 a.m. and pick up all the things the cats have knocked down. I try not to read the news but I do. I then try to calm down and not freak out. If my daughter allows, I meditate. EVERYONE in my family died of lung disease but also smoked cigarettes. Grandpa is in his 90s with emphysema and sharp as a tack, walking a mile a day. Mom, uncles all croaked of lung disease. Wow, you coughed up a hairball? My stomach is better after diet changes & more tea (weird, a lifetime coffee drinker, I gave it up bc it tasted weird--it's been a couple wks). I'm cleaning up my house as if it were my soul. I'm scared someone's coming after me. Not an enemy. Just old fears, the usual oppressing forces. Blue moon, you saw me standing alone. Blessings appreciated. Calling all guides, putting hand on heart. Love to all. What song to sing? I wonder what it means to dream of shafts of green light. Is that Raphael? ALMOST 30 YEARS AGO I didn't believe in this nonsense but I put Raphael's name somewhere important. DR. WHIMSY, I WOULD SEND YOU ALL THE CALCIUM IN THE WORLD IF I HAD IT (did you ask for calcium or am I not awake?) MY BONES ARE BIRD BONES BUT I CAN STILL SEND CALCIUM! When I was pregnant, the drs bothered me about calcium and protein... eat tofu and kale. Oh, I'm dreaming. NO COFFEE. WOW. (oh, I just finished a book by Rabbi Kook--he has some wisdom I couldn't hear years ago). I am not close to HaShem--my brain is just a 12 inch ruler floating on the ocean and can't measure the Divine, and yet, when I don't use my brain, my heart holds the whole ocean. IT'S TOO EARLY TO REMEMBER MY ISSUES WITH THE HARD PROBLEM OF CONSCIOUSNESS. I have such CPTSD. All meds stop working after a while--Seroquel is one of the atypical antipsychotics. It was like lying on a pillow after being wide awake w/racing thoughts all my life. I was on it for 10 yrs but got off--also lost 40 lbs, not great w/someone with a weird eating disorder. Daughter presented w/psychosis at age 7--I never heard of that. Her story needs to be written. She got off most drugs, after many drs told us she needed to be institutionalized for the rest of her life. She hears some of the voices I hear; our lovely doctor says that being psychic and being bipolar may coexist in a person, can be different phenomena, is so understanding--she's seen many things on heaven and earth, Horatio, and we email. I send her research about telepathy in autistic kids. I get photos of her overgrown garden. She and I both work so hard, working with what may be subclinical OCD to do more than we should, and I look around and see so many people doing ***nothing*** but not nothing in the sense that these people are crossing worlds, they are escaping this world and blind about any other ones, so who will pick up the slack? Ah, lovely dancer. I've seen enough beautiful queens in New Orleans to have good luck for several lives. You're just getting to the Empath's Prayer. The cats have fallen asleep. It's morning now. I like how you are a fixture in my days now. I've lost so many friends. But the world keeps happening. Thank you.

I remember! I've had your picture in my brain ever since and I have a calm and certainty. Which I can't explain. Yes, sometimes it s*cks to be right, but what can you do? I've kept it to myself. I also saw the earth from outside and Ukraine was green, and a peaceful but very strong white-green light radiating from the soil up in the sky. The rest of the Earth as I saw it had no light and was dirt brown. I interpreted it like "The future and the light is coming from Ukraine. Weird!? But it felt all peaceful and not scaring.

Howdy dear Whim. It's scary to hear of the new virulent virus...thanks for the heads up!😷 I have always been a natural night owl plus have worked split & night shifts so have no sleep schedule. In the last 24 hours I accidently conked out around midnight then awoke 7 hours later and have been driving around my neighborhood looking for packs of cat killing dogs. Found a lot of folks walking their doggies obilvious to the danger, a beautiful dead black cat😢, the city animal control checking outdoor traps, helpful neighbors, a 6 cat group left behind when their owner died...living outside, & thrown away solid wood narrow doors, 6 hand saws, 3 outdoor cushions, a drill set, and sections of a freshly removed smoke tree & muscadine vine. Now I'm working on fixing my broken car wind shield...ect. Thinking about a nap. Yes...Putin is a monster...that is a known life-long murderer. Sorry, I have no sympathy for him nor Trump. You are appreciated & loved...never forget that.❤

I go to sleep at about 11 PM. Then I wake via phone alarm to my very early Rybelsis tablet at 5 AM. I then go down for a nap somewhere between 11 AM and 1 PM. My constant pain means I cannot maintain a ridged sleep schedual.

I think it is great your being right in your predictions. War is war, when it starts you have to be ruthless in many ways in order to win. But I admire the Ukrainians for how nice they are being towards the Russian civilians. Look how cruel Russia has been towards the Ukrainian civilians. God wants the Ukrainians to win this war; as payback for what the Russian troops did in Ukraine. Remember payback is a b***h. NATO is going to have to step in sooner or later in this war. Do you think they will go all the way to the Urals? What happens to the rest of Russia? Ukraine needs money from Russia in order to rebuild their cities; NATO will have to get this for them. Also, the Ukrainians need to get back all of the people who were kidnapped from their country. NATO will have to do this also.

I have an acquired chiari malformation grade 2 & really affects my memory. I am 74 yo & too afraid to have any surgery. What are your thoughts? I am also a retired RN,C. 28 yrs so I guess I just needed to vent. Had an auto accident with a concussion, Dr said chiari could be one cause. Call me a chicken. Also said could be 2 to too many cervical surgeries? Who knows? Maybe God knows? Anyhow just your thoughts? If you would give me any??
