I remember one day i got matched with the same person in qm 3 times in a row, and every time someone got down pretty fast, they spammed you're on your own, although i was the rescue,, and i was the one coming to help those ppl lol. Even when i kited 120 sec and got down they spammed it. I guess some people are just like that.

0:55 these kind of behaviors is such toxic man. I remember having a low skill teammates cuz of enemies advantages against them, but i encourage them instead of talking how bad they playing. Give them encouragement and in late game, they be able to handle it on their own. ( In League of Legends rank matches lmao ) but yea, talking bad mood = bad result. "if you only seek bad, that's all you ever get"

Sorry for the long wordings. I was an ex champion so I was wondering if I could give more tips for rescue decisions ❤ please help me add in more details or correct me if I’m wrong❤😅 My rescue skill was terrible as I took two seasons to main First Officer to understand the cipher control. Please take note that you should consider multiple factors together for different scenarios. Factor(s) to consider if you should rescue: 1. *TOP PRIORITY: how many ciphers decoded?* - 3 other players only decoded 30%, forget about saving 2. *Did the hunter use his or her BLINK before the first Kiter gets chaired?* - If yes, you can try saving. There is a chance of the total ciphers are around 2.3 to 2.5 decoded. Rescuers decode slower. It could be a hermit match. We consider that there is only 1 rescuer and 1 harasser in the match for this case. - If no, you have to take note for the following point 3 and 4 3. *Two types of hunters in idv.* Chair-camping main hunters or map control main hunters - Chair- camping: bon bon, cat lady, lizard, clown, night watch, naiad, geisha, jack… GO SUPER EARLY FOR RESCUE. I usually let go of my cipher to head out when I see the survivor gets down by a cat lady. By the time she chairs the survivor, you can use your watch to bait the cat out for a safe 49 chair rescue. - Map control main hunters: clerk, bloody queen, breaking wheel, nightmare, gamekeeper If you can buy time, try to hide somewhere close and once the chair reached 25%, go to the chair and rescue. - Mixed: hermit, wu chang (depending on the gamestyle of hunter, blink or teleport) **I usually save 49 against bloody queen, clerk no matter how much the ciphers are. 4. *Chaired in basement?* Back to point 1, how many ciphers left? Is it worthy to get a potential double down? Back to point 3, if the hunter can camp chair well (naiad, takoyaki), try to save at 99. 5. *Does the First kiter have items to protect themselves?* - I generally don’t save a mechanic who has no bots remaining (all destroyed) 6. *Someone dying near partially decoded ciphers?* - If you are in playing with your friend, tell them to stay far from where the first Kiter gets down. They can save the survivor if they feel comfortable to do so. As a rescuer main or any other mains you are playing: 1. *Stay alert and check every single message* to track the current cipher progress. Majority of the time, rescuers are not first Kiters but that’s our MAIN job to determine the next step which is rescuing. 2. *Be DECISIVE and ASSERTIVE on rescues.* Don’t hesitate too long and end up having a 51 chair rescue. If you decide not to save, quickly send ‘Don’t rescue me’ to indicate that you are rescuing at 99 or no rescue at all. 3. *Estimate the distance* from your cipher to the chair for rescue. For big maps such as moonlit and lakeside, go early!!! 4. *if you are playing rescuers other than mercenary, run away from your first cipher.* Based on the area selection, good hunters know where you are heading to the chair from, give them a little surprise by coming from a different direction to achieve a perfect rescue.

Usually when someone has bad ping or early down I leave ‘em on the floor to give them a second chance (yes it sometimes makes a win a draw or loss but I like to give people second chances)

Yes true, usually we also try to figure out whether their ping alrd get back to a bit better or is no is by seeing the notif chat, is it change alr? and no more "i'm stuck" ping , sometimes we also tried by checking their movement after rescue, if it is 100% stand still then no more assist or rescue, if they can walk but a bit slow, sometimes Cowboy will carry on the back while waiting the ping to get better😂 at least we buy more time for everyone else to decode and hoping their ping will gets a lil better for that match

Early down, would make matches difficult to win but not impossible, we just need to work around our roles, and look for an opportunity to recover. But for me, whenever I play rescuer, I will definitely try to rescue despite it being difficult unless I know the survivor on the chair has a hard time to resume kiting maybe because lack of items or no kiting potential and such, another thing to consider whether to rescue.

just a lil fact for everyone, "you're on your own" has another meaning when playing on chinese translation, which means "im not saving" maybe due to half health or long distance from the chair. most of the time it's just a chinese player saying theyre not in a goos spot to rescue!

The craziest thing that can happen in a basement rescue is that the hunter waits for you upstairs (so as not to have recovery from the attack) and you are healing the injured person because you know what is going to happen and you force the hunter to come down XD

Sebagai rescuer dilema itu ketika teammates early down dan hunter punya chiper pressure seperti kadal, dll. Kalau direscue nanti down cepet soalnya secondary skill hunter blm keluar, klo ga direscue hunter keenakan change target.

Yup itu sebabnya banyak faktor pertimbangan worth utk di rescue atau tidak: hunter siapa, punya cipher pressure kuat ga hunter nya atau map pressure kuat atau camping pressure kuat, pake trait apa si hunter (kalo portal or tele ud makin susah karena bisa kejer cipher or surv lain trus balik, or wu chang dan bq deh bolak balik), lalu posisi bangku ada di mana, peta nya apa, siapa aj yg bw tide, ada wanted order ga di rescuer dsb, sangat banyak bgt faktor pertimbangan. Survivor pun biarpun main sm random harus saling komunikasi ping notif immediately karena si hunter kl misal change target beneran ke cipher atau surv lain dan ada jarak ke kursi dan waktu (blood bar) masi memungkinkan rescue maka rescue aj, situasi dan kondisi bisa berubah 180 derajat dg keputusan2 tsb, tapi selalu bijak dan kepala dingin pas memutuskan.

ALWAYS rescue! you never want to be at endgame with three people, having four gives a better chance to win! Sometimes people just have bad luck and accidentally get downed quickly. One person rescuing and harassing the hunter while the injured person tries to escape can buy time for cipher rush! a lot of times, the hunter will be too distracted with downing that person with one chair that they won't switch targets or prevent cipher progs. Emote, pallet stun, do whatever you can to try and annoy the hunter so that they forget about playing properly.
